What is unknown is which immigration policies from Trump 1.0 might reemerge and what new immigration policies might emerge in the new Trump Administration. This online seminar will provide a high-level overview of what immigration policies and priorities are currently speculated to reemerge and what new immigration policies and priorities might be attempted once Trump enters the White House. This webinar will provide both attorneys and business leaders with valuable information on how to successfully navigate the maze of potential changes and uncertainty. Attendees will learn strategies for counseling their clients and businesses regarding how immigration under Trump 2.0 could potentially impact their workforce, international mobility, foreign investment, risk exposure, and hiring practices.
