The Wisconsin District Export Council (DEC) is pleased to announce our 2026 International Insights Roundtable Series, featuring quarterly discussions on timely issues shaping global business. Each session is designed to address common challenges, share practical resources, and support the professional development of international business development and compliance teams.
Our second roundtable in the series will focus on International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) Duty Refunds and the latest updates to the refund process.
This will be an open, discussion-driven session emphasizing practical considerations, documentation, and common questions companies encounter when seeking IEEPA-related duty refunds. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions, share relevant resources, and contribute real-world insights to strengthen our collective expertise within Wisconsin’s export community.

The U.S. Commercial Service has partnered with WHX Miami 2026 through the International Trade Administration’s TEMS program to expand the event’s international reach. As part of this collaboration, the U.S. Commercial Service is promoting WHX Miami 2026 to U.S. companies interested in exhibiting or attending, as well as to foreign buyers seeking to connect with American suppliers at the show. This effort supports the broader goal of increasing U.S. exports of medical technologies.
